Refund policy
At Fiscamping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and ensure a clear, fair process for all our customers in Australia.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Change of Mind)
While the Australian Consumer Law does not require businesses to provide a refund for a 'change of mind', we are happy to honour such requests within the 30-day window, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note on Return Postage: For 'change of mind' returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Consumer Guarantees)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered:

We will assess the problem and provide a free return shipping label or arrange a replacement/refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
6. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [e.g., 3 to 5 business days].

Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
