Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fiscamping, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient delivery service. This policy outlines the shipping terms and timeframes for all orders placed on our store.

Currently, our shipping services are offered exclusively within Australia.

1. Delivery Timeframes

The total delivery time for your order consists of the handling time plus the time in transit:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM - AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time required to pick, pack, and dispatch your order.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 12 calendar days (Monday to Sunday). This is the time it takes for the parcel to travel from the courier to your delivery address in Australia.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 14 days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia, with no minimum spend required.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Please note that tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update in the courier's system.

4. Address Changes

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you realise you have made an error with your delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact@fiscamping.com. We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfilment process.

5. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbours or building management. If the parcel is still missing 48 hours after the delivery notification, please contact our support team so we can launch an enquiry with the courier.

6. Taxes and Customs Duties

For deliveries within Australia, goods valued under $1,000 AUD are generally exempt from import duties and taxes. However, the payment of any local taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply is the sole responsibility of the customer.
